Homemade Vegan Espresso Martini


Save yourself the hike to the pub and £8 tab for your Espresso Martini fix and make these babies at home.





Ingredients (per person)
  • 50ml Vodka 
  • 25ml Kahlua 
  • 25ml Espresso coffee
  • Dash of vanilla syrup
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans (optional - for decoration)

1. An hour before, we recommend making a big pot of strong coffee and putting it in the fridge, this helps with the froth later on

2. Add all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with some ice

3. SHAKE vigorously

4. Pour into your glass using a cocktail sieve.  (If you haven't got one of them just use a normal sieve be careful as this has the potential to be VERY messy)

5. Garnish with whole coffee beans (optional).

6. ENJOY!
